Confidentiality
Hebron Trust operates a confidential support, treatment and rehabilitation service to people who seek our help. This includes the family and friends of the residents. Our basic confidentiality policy is therefore:

Who you see here, what you hear here,
when you leave here, let it stay here.

What clients, their families or friends, volunteers or staff members tell you about themselves should be kept within this agency.
Any personal information obtained in connection with the Trust’s activities should be discussed only with other staff members or volunteers or within the context of supervision sessions.

No personal information about any person should be passed on outside this agency without that person’s permission.
Do not tell anyone, including the police, that someone is resident or not resident within the Trust’s premises without that person’s permission.  Information about a client which is requested by another agency should be given only after discussion with the client concerned and with that client’s written consent.
