*CBT (Cognitive Behavioural Therapy) - about changing our destructive thought patterns.
This delivered in mini groups by our specialist. Individual sessions are also arranged where it is felt they would benefit the client. Mini groups and individual sessions take place during individual session / work time.
Individual sessions with your keyworker will occur twice a week during Phase 1 and 2. From Phase 3 and for the duration of your programme, you will have one session a week. You will also have a progress review with our Care Coordinator at appropriate points in your programme. We encourage regualr review by your referrers and funders.
The groups that you will attend are challenging without being confrontational.
Additional group work is hled from time to time as appropriate; these include Parenting, Creative Writing and Nutrition.
